Yes. To buy any product you do need to register on our site. For registering you are required to share some of your basic information such as name, contact number, address, etc.

YES, as a wholesaler or retailer you can buy in bulk quantity from us. In that case, email your order at sales@reoshop.lk or contact us for more info at 0777400157. Someone from our customer care team will get in touch with you personally for assistance on the ordering process.

Yes. You can purchase any product to gift someone. All you need to do is order online, make the transaction, provide the address where you want the gift to be delivered (click Ship to a different address on the checkout page and explain your requirement in Order Note); our delivery team will deliver your order on that given address on your behalf.

YES. You can use Cash On Delivery option in case you don’t have a debit or credit card.

The standard policy is a delivery time of 1-3 days excluding Sundays and Mercantile holidays. But, the delivery may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as the product being out of stock, unavailability, or in case unexpected catastrophes erupt, which would be out of our control. In such cases, reoshop.lk reserves the right to inform the customer and cancel the order or propose alternate products.

While placing the order after you have entered the billing and shipping addresses, under Payment options, you may choose “ Cash On Delivery”.

First, place your order and select the payment option “Direct Bank Transfer”. Bank details will be mailed with your invoice or make a bank transfer to one of the following accounts. You can email the slip to info@reoshop.lk once the deposit is done.

You may refuse to accept the item while delivered. Verify the details and return them to us with the invoice. We will arrange and deliver the replacement to your address.

Please contact us at reoshop.lk If you change your mind before we dispatch the order. A complete refund will be possible.

Returns & Refunds

You will be refunded BUT only for the products which are REFUNDABLE (check conditions during purchase). If you want to be refunded, please notify our customer care at info@reoshop.lk/0777400157 within 72 hours from the delivery time.

A refund will be given within 3 days if the request is made for the purchase and the reason behind the request is genuine and valid.

You may cancel your order provided the order is not dispatched. In such cases, a nominal amount will be deducted from the payment for processing and handling.
